Mr. Brose has been with Four Corners since April 1999. Mr. Brose is the Contractor/Supervisor on site at the Sky Harbor Airport in Phoenix, Arizona, representing a municipal client for various asbestos and lead-based paint abatement projects in support of remodeling efforts at the airport. Mr. Brose’s daily duties include coordinating project activities with and between asbestos and lead-based paint abatement contractors and general contractors, ensuring regulatory compliance at the job site, and conducting air monitoring activities. In addition, Mr. Brose has experience conducting mold investigations and mold remediation oversite, water damage control and oversite, groundwater sampling and water exploration drilling.
Mr. Brose has also assisted in mine closure projects within the San Tan Mountain Regional Parks area. Mine closure activities include manually and mechanically closing mine shafts and adits with native material while preserving the surrounding ecological environment during closure activities. Mr. Brose is a skilled operator of both light construction vehicles and heavy earthmoving equipment.
Prior to joining Four Corners in 2005, Mr. Brose worked at a variety of retail establishments (Home Depot, Ace HomeCo, and Warner’s Nursery and Landscaping Company), specializing in home improvement and construction. Throughout the course of his employment with these establishments, Mr. Brose has gained a thorough knowledge of the building construction industry, including materials and design, construction techniques and construction management.
